Cindy Kucharski, Neuromuscular Therapy, LMT, Muscle Activation Techniques Certified Specialist

Cindy Kucharski is an avid athlete and wellness professional whose career in the healthcare field began in radiology. She holds degrees in X-ray technology, nuclear medicine and ultrasonography. As a licensed massage therapist who began her business in 2000, her interest in discovering the cause of muscle tightness led her to become a certified M.A.T. specialist.

As an experienced therapist, Cindy will ask questions about your health and lifestyle to assess your individual needs. Her special training in the care of cancer and post-mastectomy patients enables her to address post-operative discomfort, swelling and edema, scare tissue reduction as well as maintaining a sense of well-being. For pregnant women, custom-designed cushions are used to accommodate their physical condition. Neuromuscular therapy addresses trigger points in the muscle tissue to allow for increased range of motion and a decrease of muscle tightness.

Denise Karalow

Graduated in 1998 from Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Currently practices Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and neuromuscular massage techniques.

My goal is to decrease pain and discomfort while increasing range of motion and restoring a balanced sense of well being.

Bea Stanton, BScED, LMT

Massage therapy was an integral part of the alternative therapies used in dealing with cancer 27 years ago and encouraged Bea to become a therapist. She became a Director/Owner of Center for Therapeutic Massage and Wellness practicing and teaching massage for 20 years. Her personal skills include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, chair massage, reflexology and a vast knowledge of herbs, nutrition, diet and how emotions affect the body. Bea is also an associate with Amazon Herb Co.
